Skynra is a community for documenting skincare journeys and learning from other people’s experiences. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address, username, display name, and authentication data. You may optionally provide a profile photo, biography, skin type, skin concerns, routine preferences, climate, skin tone, and onboarding responses.

When you use community features, we process the content you choose to share, including journeys, posts, photos, videos, routine details, comments, direct messages, product reviews, likes, saves, reposts, reports, and verification requests. We also collect support messages, basic usage analytics, and device or app diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve Skynra.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and community features, personalize discovery, store your content, support product insights, prevent abuse, moderate reports, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, and improve Skynra.

Visibility and sharing

Your content visibility depends on the choices and privacy settings available in Skynra. Public content may be seen by other members. Private-account content is limited to approved followers where supported. Service providers such as Supabase process data on our behalf to provide authentication, database, storage, and related infrastructure.

Aggregated insights

If you opt in, Skynra may use aggregated or de-identified trends for community and product insights. We do not use directly identifying information for research-style insights without permission.

Your choices

You can update profile and privacy settings, block members, report content, opt out of optional insights, and request account deletion. Deletion may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or preventing abuse.

Health information

Skynra is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Avoid sharing sensitive information you do not want others to see.
