Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Skynra, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Skynra a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and share that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Skynra service according to your settings. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, content others have separately shared, and records we must retain.

Community conduct

Do not harass, threaten, shame, impersonate, spam, scam, manipulate engagement, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property, or upload content you lack permission to share. Sponsored, gifted, and incentivized products must be clearly disclosed.

Safety and moderation

We may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect members. You may contact support if you believe we made a mistake.

No medical advice

Skynra is for personal experiences and community discussion. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Skynra as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional, particularly for urgent, severe, or persistent concerns.

Product experiences

Reviews, ratings, routines, and community signals reflect individual experiences. They are not endorsements, guarantees, or medical recommendations, and results vary.

Account deletion and service changes

You may request deletion through the app or support. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as Skynra develops, and will provide notice when a change materially affects your rights where appropriate.

Disclaimers

Skynra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular skincare results. To the extent allowed by law, Skynra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
